Watch This Compilation of Truly Unsatisfying Moments
Animations brilliantly portraying life’s agonizing experiences.
We’ve all been faced with minor scenarios in life when things just quite don’t go as expected. From a near-victory at a claw crane game to losing your spoon in a bowl of soup, it’s an incredibly frustrating feeling we can all empathize with. Paris-based motion graphics studio Parallel decided to piece together all of these trivial, yet relatable moments in an animated video aptly titled “Unsatisfying.” The scenes incorporate soft and calm color palettes in slow movements to intensify the aggravating ending. Complete with Samuel Barber’s “Adagio for Strings” dramatically building up in the background, watch the clip above to experience life’s most vexing encounters.
If you’ve experienced an unfortunate incident that wasn’t represented in the video, Parallel is also asking people to join in on the “Unsatisfying” movement by submitting their own animations. Check out more details on the challenge here.
