A deranged figure wreaks havoc in the streets.

Just in time for Halloween, street artist Neckface releases a truly demented video where he causes utter chaos in the streets. In grungy, homeless attire, we see him turn into a psycho and torment a bunch of unsuspecting citizens. There’s some hardware tools involved, a bit of blood and some fire all to ramp up the craziness that Neckface represents.
