Since his “Better Out Than In” residency in New York, Banksy has stayed relatively under the radar but a new piece from the infamous graffiti artist has now popped up in the quaint, little town of Folkestone, England. Depicting an old lady staring at an empty plinth while wearing a museum audio guide, the piece is finished in tonal shades of grey and black.
