Miley Cyrus continues to scandalize, following up the likes of a Rolling Stone shoot, music videos for “23” and “Wrecking Ball,” and her show-stealing turn at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards with yet another risqué shoot with ever-present photographer Terry Richardson. After a couple of trips to Richardson’s studio, the latest New York-set imagery captures Cyrus “just being Miley” in everything from a tie-dyed tee to a sheer sweater and red leotard.
