Michèle Lamy Shows the Process Behind Rick Owens's Furniture Exhibit

A look inside the creative force’s LA workspace.

After showcasing their furniture exhibition at MOCA, Rick Owens’s partner and collaborator Michèle Lamy provides an in-depth look at the process behind creating the avant-garde sculptures. Taking us into the Los Angeles workspace, we see the intricate details and the colossal energy that went into assembling the display at the contemporary museum. “I always like to transform the space we are in, and this was not especially easy…it’s like coming and making a home in a new place,” she explained about designing the exhibition from scratch.
