Awake NY Will Take Part in Art Basel Miami's Social Studies Project

Including Virgil Abloh, Heron Preston, 032c and many others.

In referencing Art Basel Miami, which is scheduled to take place this upcoming week, art aficionados the world over will flock to Miami’s sunny shores to catch wind of some of the best design offerings from both, established artists, and emerging talent alike.

In light of the highly-anticipated international art fair, lifestyle label Awake NY recently teased an image via Instagram of the event’s Social Studies campaign, which it will proudly take part in. The project will bring to the table an eclectic mix of art, books, records, workshops and other such creative genres. According to the social media post, other notable names scheduled to participate, include Heron Preston, Virgil Abloh, Union Los Angeles, Some Ware and many others. Art Basel Miami will run from December 7 – 10.

In keeping with art-related news, Nobuyoshi Araki is staging an exhibit inside Saint Laurent’s colette pop-up.
