Jeff Canham is widely known in the surf community as the former art director of Surfer Magazine, whose work is heavily colorful and typographically focused. He’s recently teamed with bi-coastal The Standard Hotel, for “A Graphic Alphabet,” a playful pennant-based reinterpretation of the traditional 26-character alphabet. Three over-sized, five-foot flags will be on display in The Standard’s Living Room and one-site specific piece will be created in The Shop. Now you’ve got a reason to chase endless summer.
