Porsche Taps Artist Thomas Trum for 'The Land of Dreams' Exhibition

The sixth edition of its global art and design initiative: The Art of Dreams.

Porsche has launched the sixth edition of its global art initiative, The Art of Dreams, in Provence, France. This edition, inspired by the region’s vibrant colors, highlights the synergy between art and the electric Porsche Macan’s new Provence color.

Dutch artist Thomas Trum, known for his bold use of color, collaborated with Porsche to create “The Land of Dreams.” Trum’s work explores the interaction between humans and machines, using unconventional tools like agricultural equipment to create dynamic artworks.

Notably, Trum’s Southern Spins series, featuring large-scale canvases, was showcased at the Design Parade Hyères festival and along the French Riviera at the end of June, following its unveiling at Hotel Le Provençal.

Launched in Paris in 2021, The Art of Dreams continues to engage audiences worldwide, with past installations at events like Singapore Art Week and Art Basel Miami. Commenting on Trum’s work and the broader program, Ragnar Schulte, the Head of Experiential Marketing at Porsche, stated: “Color and Porsche have always been inseparable.”
