Wolfgang Tillmans Unveils Latest Works At David Zwirner NYC

Entitled “How likely is it that only I am right in this matter?”

Seminal artist Wolfgang Tillmans is the subject of a recently-launched show at David Zwirner in New York City. Entitled “How likely is it that only I am right in this matter?”, Tillmans presents a diverse range of photographic works spanning portraits, landscape photography, and experimental pieces that elevate the genre as a whole. The gallery expressed that Tillmans’ ongoing practice is a linchpin in a world dominated by an influx of content and imagery, describing his photography as “pairing intimacy and playfulness with social critique and the persistent questioning of existing values and hierarchies.”

Tour the exhibition above and head over to David Zwirner’s website to learn more. The exhibition is on view until October 20. In other exhibitions, Simon Lee Gallery Hong Kong presents a new show with LA-based artist Kathryn Andrews.
