Shepard Fairey's Politically-Charged 'Cultivate Harmony' Mural Took Over Las Vegas Alongside D*Face's Piece

A reminder of what is necessary to sustain life on Earth.

Earlier this week, Shepard Fairey concluded his first large-scale mural project of 2017, Cultivate Harmony. Conducted in Las Vegas, Cultivate Harmony was produced for the Life is Beautiful festival in hopes of reminding society that “peace, harmony” and proper care-giving of the planet are what keeps civilization and life itself moving forward. The 21-story Cultivate Harmony piece was plastered onto downtown Vegas’ Plaza Hotel for six days, while the “global network of artists and curators” over at Justkids were responsible for curatorial duties.
