Here's How You Can Buy the Black KAWS BFF

For his ‘KAWS: WHERE THE END STARTS’ exhibition.

Brooklyn-based artist KAWS will be debuting a black-colored BFF statue at another major exhibition this year. Called KAWS: WHERE THE END STARTS, the exhibition will be at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, Texas, running from October 2016 to January 2017. The shoe will feature highlights from the artist’s career with work spanning over two decades. Over 100 pieces will be on display, including paintings, sculptures, drawings, toys and installations.

For the exhibition, KAWS will be unveiling another BFF, the first of which made its debut in Bangkok earlier this year in a vivid blue color. This BFF will be rendered in a black body with a pink nose. In commemoration of the exhibition, a BFF plush toy and tote bag will be sold exclusively at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth starting October 20 and DING DONG Takuhaibin online store beginning October 26. A limited amount of 3,000 BFFs will be available for sale, so mark your calendars.
