A Murdered-Out Krusty the Clown Is Next up in Ron English's Coveted "Grin" Series

Only 300 vinyl figures will be made.

Taiwanese label MADNESS enlisted pop surrealist master Ron English and design company Made by Monsters for an exclusive toy collaboration that features Krusty the Clown from The Simpsons. The green-haired madcap is rendered in a deep black makeup and is part of the Chicago-born artist’s acclaimed “Grin” series—English created sinister vinyl figures of Bart & Homer Simpson for the series last October alongside Kidrobot. As far as details go, Krusty’s toothy-grin is painted in a crisp white hue with MADNESS branding slapped precisely in the center of the clown’s shirt.

Only 300 units will be available for purchase and are expected to release at JPS Art Gallery and MADNESS’s official web shop this October 25.
