OSGEMEOS Hide a Sculpture in Pascali Semerdjian's Military Bunker
Rio de Janeiro’s Museu Casa do Pontal has constructed a military-style bunker to house a sculpture

Rio de Janeiro’s Museu Casa do Pontal has constructed a military-style bunker to house a sculpture done by well-known Brazilian graffiti artists OSGEMEOS. The multi-faceted artists, who also happen to be twin brothers, present a life-sized figure showing characteristics familiar to their typical style — vibrant skin tones, elongated faces and patterns and colorful clothing. The museum’s purpose is to showcase popular Brazilian folk art and historical artifacts, and in its search to continuously improve upon its surrounding area, the two collaborate on a meaningful interpretation of Rio de Janeiro’s urban state. Enjoy a look at their efforts above.
