A pioneer on the ’80s and ’90s surf scene in Waimea Bay, Hawaii, Clark stumbled on a post-surfer life as a photographer after his wife requested a picture of the ocean for their home. Combining his underwater skills with a quick trigger finger, the Californian-bred creative quickly gained worldwide notoriety for his stunning images.
