Universally praised designer and the so-called “godfather of streetwear” Hiroshi Fujiwara is the latest to see the publishing of an all-encompassing retrospective tome in the capable hands of Rizzoli. Spanning the breadth of his career and chronicling his unparalleled influence on contemporary fashion, music and design, fragment – Hiroshi Fujiwara features an introduction by longtime friend and collaborator Eric Clapton and incorporates contributions from an all-star group that includes the likes of Nike CEO and President Mark Parker, A.P.C.‘s Jean Touitou, NIGO and colette Creative Director Sarah Lerfel. Currently on tap for a release in April of 2014, Rizzoli’s fragment – Hiroshi Fujiwara can be pre-ordered now via Amazon.
