Obscura Magazine releases its Spring 2013 issue today. This is the Hong Kong-based lifestyle publication’s 12th issue entitled “Editing Life,” and it circles the theme of film. The issue features a rare, exclusive interview with film art director Chang Suk Ping–longtime collaborator of the award-winning director Wong Kar Wai–sharing his thoughts on creation, inspiration and progression. It also presents another interesting interview piece with traditional Chinese movie poster illustrator Tung Pui Shan, along with some film-themed fashion editorials by Givenchy, Prada and Saint Laurent. In conjunction with this print release, Obscura Magazine will also publish its third episode of Obscuravision, featuring ‘a day in the life of’ cult Japanese designer Tetsu Nishiyama of WTAPS. The issue is available at global stockists and online.
