Exploring the credibility of art in a different context, Amsterdam’s Stedelijk Museum conducted a small-scale social experiment to see what several prestigious art academies thought of Russian artist Kazimer Malevich‘s work. While Malevich passed away in 1925, his legacy as a pioneer of geometric abstract art and the originator of the avant-garde continues to inspire a generation of artists and theoreticians. Here, a mock-up artist named Michael Mikrivaz visits a few institutes in hope to enroll as an art student.
