Banksy’s “Better Out Than In” Hits Staten Island

In continuation to his “Better Out Than In” artist residency in New York, elusive street artist

In continuation to his “Better Out Than In” artist residency in New York, elusive street artist Banksy presents a new piece in Staten Island. This latest rendition means that Banksy has now completed artwork in all five boroughs of the city. Nodding at a woman’s anatomy as its core theme, the new piece — which debuted via a short clip on his webpage — shows a crack on a wall inhabited with insects. While little clues have been given to where this new piece is located, what is evident is Banksy’s continuous use of the urban enviroment as his canvas, reinterpreting commonplace surroundings with ingeniousness.
