The Brit Awards serve as the British Phonographic Industry’s celebration of music much like the Americans have the Grammys. As we all know, an awards show isn’t complete without a trophy/statue, so it seems only apropos that one of the biggest British artists in existence, Damien Hirst, has contributed his signature polka dots to the otherwise white figurine. In the past, other notable design contributors to the awards have included Vivienne Westwood and Sir Peter Blake. The trophy will be handed to this year’s winners during the ceremony at London’s O2 arena on February 20.
