With roots as a graffiti artist, Saber recently presented his “Beautification” exhibition at Los Angeles’s Known Gallery. Famous for feats such as creating the largest known graffiti piece ever and acclaimed solo shows such as “The American Graffiti Artist” exhibition in New York, the collection includes the colorful, chaotic work that Saber has refined and expanded to communicate both political and socially relevant ideas. The artist’s work would suggest his seamless transition from the rough and tumble streets and into that of the gallery setting. “Beautification” will run at Known Gallery until August 11.
