Artist Yoskay Yamamoto is set to unveil his newest creative endeavor entitled “Jokes On Me” at Lebasse Projects in the Chinatown district of Los Angeles. The exhibition is comprised of a series of customized wooden toys and figures updated with Yamamoto’s unique aesthetic. The characters are childhood favorites of the artist, and he utilizes humor and nostalgia to tap into deeper social issues.
