Known as one of the most prominent mural walls in all of the world, How & Nosm went to work on the Bowery and Houston location in New York City following the destruction caused by Hurricane Sandy. Utilizing their signature and familiar red and grayscale color palettes, immaculate detailing and numerous dimension is laid bit by bit on a piece chalk full of intricacies – some of which directly recalls the flooding incurred during the storm. How & Nosm also created an honorarium for the recently passed owner/creator of the iconic wall – Mr. Tony Goldman – as a fitting tribute to a man who has continually supported the arts.
