Last year, pranksters led by Dutch performance artist Iepe B.T. Rubingh rode their bicycles into a crowded intersection in Berlin and unloaded 500 liters of brightly-colored paint onto the concrete, effectively turning passing cars, buses and bikes into unwitting paintbrushes (as well as accomplices).
