Thrasher celebrated their 30th anniversary with an art show titled “Love and Guts” at the Lab in Costa Mesa. The prominent skate magazine featured art and photography from such influential names as Lance Mountain, Christian Hosoi, Neckface, Michael Sieben and Patrick O’Dell. Many fans came out for the celebration, and also for a live musical performance from Vans skateboarder Ray Barbee. Oakley sponsored the event and also showcased their current and upcoming collections of sunglasses in the local sneaker and lifestyle store, Blends.
