Frieze Sculpture 2024 Announces Expanded Exhibition in Regent’s Park

Presenting 22 leading international artists from five continents.

Frieze Sculpture 2024 returns to London’s Regent’s Park from September 18 to October 27, featuring an expanded lineup of 22 international artists from five continents. Curated by Fatoş Üstek for the second time, this year’s exhibition showcases 27 works, including 18 new pieces, by artists such as Leonora Carrington, Theaster Gates, Zanele Muholi and Yoshitomo Nara.

The 2024 edition emphasizes women artists and pushes the boundaries of sculpture by incorporating sound, light, performance, painting, video and augmented reality. Üstek’s curatorial approach addresses themes of social and environmental consciousness, as well as conceptual and spiritual practices.

Frieze Sculpture will be part of London Sculpture Week, running from September 21 to 29, which includes other public art initiatives like the Fourth Plinth and Sculpture in the City. Bloomberg Connects joins as the official partner, providing a digital guide to enhance visitor experience.

Coinciding with Frieze London and Frieze Masters from October 9 to 13, the sculpture exhibition reinforces London’s status as a global art destination and aims to make art more accessible to the public.
