Hypeart to Launch On-Site Studio at BRED Abu Dhabi Festival

Presenting a collaborative work between artists Omar Sha3 and Ana Barriga.

The forthcoming BRED Abu Dhabi festival presented by HYPEBEAST, is gearing up for its second annual edition, scheduled to run from April 24 to 28. Returning to the picturesque Yas Bay Waterfront, this edition promises to be the most monumental yet. The event serves as a vibrant convergence of cultural elements, spanning music, fashion, art, sport and gaming, with a lineup that’s set to attract guests from across the globe.

At the heart of the festival lies the Hypeart Studio which serves as a hub of creativity, showcasing the talents, perspectives and techniques of two remarkable artists: Omar Sha3 and Ana Barriga. Their collaboration epitomizes the synergy of artistic disciplines within contemporary culture, illustrating how diverse influences can harmoniously inspire and elevate each other. The on-site studio features the collaborative mural work by the aforementioned artists alongside a print shop.

Omar Sha3 is a celebrated artist and commercial professional known for his outstanding skills across various mediums including digital and oil painting, photography, graphic design, and visual arts. With a career spanning six years, he has left a significant mark on the art and fashion industry, particularly in vibrant cities like Amman and Dubai. His diverse portfolio showcases collaborations with esteemed brands such as Ferragamo, Gucci, Burberry, and many more, reflecting his versatility and expertise across different mediums and projects.

On the other hand, Ana Barriga‘s art aims to blend intellect and emotion, capturing the dynamic intersection where they meet. She explores the shared ground between artists and children by incorporating toys, colorful decorations, and everyday objects into her work. Through her art, Barriga infuses irony, humor, and playfulness, creating unexpected scenarios that challenge conventions.

Altogether, BRED Abu Dhabi offers a dynamic fusion of culture and creativity, with sportswear giants unveiling exclusive collaborations and designer activations alongside a diverse Art Gallery showcasing artists like Mous Lambrabat and Rami Afifi. The festival boasts an exhilarating lineup of international and regional acts such as Ty Dolla $ign and Offset, while also featuring unique collaborations between fashion and food. Attendees can engage in various activities, from skateboarding tournaments to gaming experiences with NBA 2K League players, ensuring a five-day extravaganza that caters to all interests.

While the Five Day Festival Pass has already sold out, there are still various ticket options available on the official website and Ticketmaster, including the Festival Day Pass and concert access, ensuring that everyone can be part of this unforgettable celebration of culture and creativity.
