Artists Sophia Sobers & Jacob M Fisher Bring Experiential Art to NYC
Immersive works made using light elements.
Organized by YTG Agency, multidisciplinary artists Sophia Sobers and Jacob M Fisher are teaming up on an immersive exhibition that is set to take place at NonFinito Gallery in New York City’s South Street Seaport neighborhood. Entitled “Some Are Connections,” the experiential showcase will display Sobers’ latest pieces made using plugs and outlets alongside Fisher’s string and light installations coupled with geometric projections for a multi-sensory presentation.
“The art experience combines the work of two artists working in similar mediums to showcase varying multisensory environments in a two-story, 3,200 sq/ft space,” said the gallery in a statement. “The installation involves sight, touch, and sound, each with multiple sources that
segment the room into seemingly infinite sensory experiences.”
View select works from both artists above and expect the exhibition to launch July 11 on select days until August 11.
