Todd James to Return to Galería Javier López & Fer Francés With "We Are One"

REAS returns to Madrid three years to the day after opening “Business As Usual.”

Three years to the day after he opened “Business As Usual” at the gallery, Todd “REAS” James is returning to Madrid and Galería Javier López & Fer Francés to open his latest exhibition in Spain. Dubbed “We Are One,” the exhibition will feature James’ usual acrylic works on canvas as the prolific American artist juxtaposes dark subject matter with his signature colorful Matisse-like aesthetic. According to James, “in the midst of darkness, there is always a light (or a lightness of being) to be found.”

“We Are One” is slated to feature a number of brand new large-scale works and will be open September 15 through November 2.
