Shepard Fairey 'On Our Hands' Exhibition at Jacob Lewis Gallery

This marks Shepard Fairey’s first exhibition in New York City in five years, but he’s now back at the Jacob Lewis Gallery in Chelsea for On Our Hands. This selection of paints are inspired by current events and conflicts that plague our world, such as political corruption, environmental apathy and abuse of power. According to the 45-year-old artist, “I am incredibly honored to show at Jacob Lewis Gallery. I have known Jacob for years, and he has always maintained an insightful understanding of my aesthetics, techniques, and philosophies.” The exhibition starts September 18 and runs until October 24, for more information head over to the gallery’s website.
