LRG's Artist Driven Hooks Up with CRAOLA

As part of the continuing onslaught of the creative “Artist Driven” series, LRG – clothing brand and purveyors of hip-hop culture – invited Greg Simkins, aka CRAOLA to its latest segment. Coinciding with LRG’s penchant for bohemian culture and the outdoors, this feature shows the Californian street artist’s work on a wildlife painting with meticulous detail. Over a span of five minutes, viewers get to understand the introvert artist a bit more as he shares the story behind his alias, the change of career paths, and the balance between his artistic process and what others want of his work. In addition to permitting viewers to enter the head of the talented artist, the portrait gives a visual dissection of the subtlety in his work. It will be featured in his upcoming solo showcase for the Merry Karnowsky Gallery in Los Angeles starting on April 6.
