Created by 31-year-old Argentinian artist Adrián Villar Rojas, this colossal installation

Created by 31-year-old Argentinian artist Adrián Villar Rojas, this colossal installation entitled “The Murderer of Your Heritage” is currently on display at the 54th annual Venice Biennale contemporary art exhibition. The site-specific structure took nearly two months to be assembled by a team of sculptors, builders and engineers and is made from clay, cement, burlap and wood. Based around a theory of multi-universes, where many different universes could co-exist at once, the sculpture calls attention to the multiple paths humans could have taken throughout our history. The youngest artist to be given the privilege of national representation at Venice Bienalle, Rojas will be following up his current exhibition with another one that’s scheduled to be placed in Paris-famed Jardin de Tuileries sometime later this year.
