Fashion designer turned photographer Hedi Slimane will present a body of photographic work

Fashion designer turned photographer Hedi Slimane will present a body of photographic work titled “Fragments Americana” at the Almine Rech Gallery. The exhibition is the second such one from Slimane who’s previous work included his 2007 exhibition titled “Young American” which featured several young American creatives including Dan Colen, Terence Koh, Nate Lowman and Dash Snow. In addition to the photographic work, Hedi Slimane has also brought on board Gus Van Sant and Oscar Tuazon who will each incorporate sound-based work and sculptures respectively. The exhibition will begin on Feb. 25 and conclude on March 26.
