As the BCS readies to release the rankings in this year’s college football landscape, Art Review has a similar list, albeit for the power players in the art world. Notably absent is anyone from the graffiti world, which is seemingly another slap in the face to an art form that has defined a generation. Head over to the Art Review 100 to see the complete list.
