Melbourne’s Meggs follows-up a series of acclaimed exhibitions across the world in Los Angeles, London and Tokyo with the recent launch of “King for a Day” in Hong Kong. Taking place at ABOVE SECOND, the exhibition focuses on “society’s celebrity obsession through the prism of our own mortality and inner duality.” The ensuing theme manifests itself through some strong imagery in both paintings and screen prints.
