FISK and Ed Fella Unite to Release One-Of-One Drawings

An eclectic mix of artwork from the legendary American designer.

Ed Fella has been a trailblazer in the world of graphic design for over 60 years. From his impact in typography to his avant-garde approach to advertising, the American artist and designer continues to work with a childlike curiosity at the age of 84.

To chronicle his iconic career, Fella recently worked with Unit Editions to publish a sumptuous 316-page monograph. Prior to its release, however, he created a series of “reward” drawings to help support a Kickstarter for the book. In conjunction with FISK studio in Portland, Fella is selling each of these original artworks that were initially created as a way to cope with the uncertainty of the pandemic.

The Untitled drawings are primarily made using colored pencil and aesthetically live between the worlds of abstraction and figuration. Sizing in at 8.5 x 11 inches, each piece is available to purchase at FISK for $500 USD.

Elsewhere, Daniel Jack Lyons published his first monograph.
