Steven Harrington Will Host an In-Person Release of His Latest BE@RBRICK This Saturday

Artist signings for the first arrivals.

Three years ago, Steven Harrington held one of his biggest and most successful exhibitions to date. “Magic Hour” was as much a celebration of his much-loved California aesthetic as it was a celebration of the culture that raised him.

To commemorate that event, the Los Angeles-based artist will release a set of BE@RBRICK figures outfitted in an all-over pattern from one of his two Magic Hour, 2019 paintings.

The artist will be hosting a special in-person release this Saturday, April 16th at 3D Retro in Glendale, where the “Magic Hour” BE@RBRICK will be available to purchase in both 400% and 1000% sizes. Harrington will also be doing an artist signing to select purchasers of the new piece, along with unveiling his latest mural.

Similar to the original exhibition, there will be food trucks and more. Doors open at 10 am PST at the address below.

Elsewhere, David Zwirner will represent Pakistani sculptor Huma Bhabha.
