55 Photographers Are Selling Prints to Raise Funds for Ukraine

In conjunction with East London creative companies, Have A Butchers and Hempstead May & May Print.

To aid in the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Europe, East London studios, Have A Butchers and Hempstead May & May Print have launched a print charity sale with all proceeds going to the people of Ukraine.

Serving as both a store and creative space that offers a unique combination of bibelots, art books, and exhibitions, the two companies compiled a collection of photographic prints from 55 photographers, including Rick Guest, Agnes Lloyd Platt, Camille Vivier, Harry Clark, Zuzu Valla, Jake Chessum and many more.

Speaking on the latter photographer, Chessum captured acclaimed British model Kate Moss when she was 16, but had lost the negatives of the work for 20 years, having just recently rediscovered them. The portrait joins a number of intimate and alluring shots that range portraiture, landscapes and still-lifes.

Each photo sizes at 10 x 8 inches and is printed on fine art ‘Hahnamühle Lustre’ Archival paper. The work comes unsigned and has been deliberately priced at £50 GBP / $66 USD to keep the sale as “inclusive as possible,” said May Print.
