LA Art Show Returns to the Convention Center

Kicking off from January 19-23.

Just six months after a special July edition, Los Angeles’ longest-running art show will return to the Convention Center tomorrow night until January 23. As the first event to be held at the grounds since the pandemic, the fair is excited to bring an array of international galleries who have been kept away due to travel restrictions.

Curated by Marisa Caichiolo, this year’s edition will play special emphasis on both the environment’s depiction in art, along with humanity’s place within the world. The exhibitors hope to open a dialogue about the Earth’s past, present and future direction regarding discussions, such as climate change and the collective solutions needed to address these problems.

Additionally, for those attending opening night, model and actress Kaia Gerber will be the official host of the 2022 premiere party, kicking off the Los Angeles 2022 art season. As one of the largest international art fairs in the U.S., the event is an exciting space to view established and emerging artists across a number of disciplines — including painting, prints, sculpture and NFTs. Tickets range from $30-250 USD, with 15% of proceeds benefitting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
