Flagship Gallery NANZUKA UNDERGOUND to Open In the Heart of Harajuku

Kicking off with Masato Mori’s solo exhibition.

NANZUKA, the Tokyo art gallery which includes the works of artists like Hajime Sorayama and Harumi Yamaguchi, will be opening up a new flagship gallery in the heart of Shibuya.

The new gallery will be located in Jingumae, Shibuya, adjacent to United Arrows Harajuku. NANZUKA UNDERGROUND’s Sorayama-designed logo is seen on a rusty steel roof cover that sticks out from the building’s concrete facade. The gallery has two floors, one of which displays a wall covered with Tetsuya Nakamura‘s artwork.

NANZUKA UNDERGROUND plans to exhibit new works by Masato Mori as the gallery’s kick-off event on June 5.
