James Jean Announces First Lamp With AllRightsReserved

Enter the raffle for your chance to purchase.

For those who missed out on James Jean‘s Hound II screenprint, the Taiwanese-American artist is working with AllRightsReserved on a sculptural lamp, titled LUXAETERNA.

Emblematic of Jean’s past work, the base of the lamp features a monk who shields himself through a luminescent mushroom-shaped umbrella. “Mushrooms are a frequent motif in my work, and I’ve always wanted to create a light in this shape and color by fusing organic forms with a functional object,” said the artist in a statement.

A first for Jean, the ceramic lamp is an edition of 50 and features a calming celadon color. The sculpture has a diameter of 9.4-inches and a height of 11.8-inches. LUXAETERNA will cost roughly $6240 USD and is available to purchase via a raffle on the DDTStore.

Only one entry is allowed per person and the sculpture will come with a collectors crate, along with a certificate signed and numbered by the artist.

Elsewhere, Pharrell Williams, Richard Mille and coarse explore the unknown with ‘Distant Bliss’ sculpture.
