'KAWS:HOLIDAY' Will Make Its Next Stop in Singapore

Accompanied by a new ‘COMPANION’ figure, tank tops, fans, and a camping set.

The last time we saw the “KAWS: HOLIDAY” sculpture, it was touring above the lush greenery of the English countryside. For its seventh stop, the famous COMPANION hot-air sculpture will make an appearance along The Float @ Marina Bay in Singapore.

The artwork is in conjunction with Hong Kong creative agency, AllRightsReserved and is backed by the Singapore Tourism Board. The massive 42-foot artwork is depicted in a reclined position, embracing a miniature version of itself. The figures will add a unique element to Singapore’s already iconic skyline.

“At a time when international travel may be challenging for many, I am thankful for the opportunity through the ongoing HOLIDAY project to bring art experiences to different localities, and am excited to come to Singapore for the first time,” said the artist in a statement.

To accompany the journey, a limited batch of KAWS:HOLIDAY SINGAPORE collectibles will be released. A 10.5-inch COMPANION mirroring the larger mural will be available in brown, grey, and black at a price point of $285 USD. Two tank top iterations run at $50 USD, playful fans will go for $30 USD, while an edition of 500 camping set will sell for $750 USD.

KAWS:HOLIDAY will make its Singaporian debut from November 13 to 21 and the collection will be available on the same day via the DDTStore.
