Futura Laboratories, Parra and More Join Vistaprint for Artful Face Masks
Showcasing each artist’s distinct style.
For the first time ever, e-commerce company Vistaprint is launching a capsule collection of artist-designed face masks. The first in a series, the launch aims to normalize mask-wearing and celebrate artistic expression. The collaboration kicks off with masks designed by Futura Laboratories, Geoff McFetridge, Parra and Jen Stark.
Like other reusable and washable Vistaprint RFS face masks, the artful face coverings have a pocket for a replaceable filter and boast adjustable ear straps for a customized fit. Futura Laboratories’ face mask is covered in the artist’s signature black and white graffiti, while a subtler options arrives with FL branding. McFetridge’s masks feature an all-over design of hands holding on to one another or images of small figures partaking in daily activities.
Arriving in multi-colored or black and white colorways, Parra’s face masks are illustrated with birds flying through the sky. Stark’s psychedelic masks, on the other hand, are inspired by elements found in the natural world, such as plant growth, microorganisms and sacred geometry.
“Wearing a mask is now part of our everyday life, so we created masks people will be excited to put on as they head out the door…” said Vistaprint CMO Ricky Engelberg. “Bringing these design-forward masks to the public is integral to making mask-wearing part of daily life, and imperative to making us feel safe and comfortable, so we can get back out in our communities and to the small businesses we love.”
