A BATHING APE Launches Make-Your-Own BAPESTA Papercraft Kit

Solve your quarantine boredom by creating your own BAPESTA colorway.

A BATHING APE is here to help sneakerheads who are stuck indoors with its make-your-own BAPESTA kit. The digital guide shows an eight-step process into printing, cutting out and crafting your very own paper BAPESTA sneaker, which then offers you a blank canvas to design any colorway imaginable.

The company is famed for giving its sneaker many popular and bold colorways, such as the “ABC CAMO” design and pairs adorned with its signature shark motif. With this papercraft kit, A BATHING APE gives you the opportunity to recreate everything from the Pharrell Williams Croc SpongeBob SquarePants BAPESTA, to the iconic College Dropout pair developed alongside Kanye West.

Of course, the possibilities are endless. As a result, A BATHING APE will be celebrating the creativity of its fans by publishing designs on its social media accounts. Take a look at the kit above and some examples below, and download A BATHING APE’s BAPESTA Papercraft Kit here.
