Cody Hudson Joins Norden for Playful 'Enlightenment' Blanket

Available in “Terracotta” and black colorways.

Chicago-based visual artist Cody Hudson’s work seems to be felt everywhere, from exhibitions throughout the US, Europe and Japan to collaborations with Nike and Jordan Brand. Hudson has now teamed up with home goods brand Norden for a limited-edition ‘Enlightenment’ blanket made to “stand the test of time.”

Available in “Terracotta” and black, the collaborative blanket is custom jacquarded using a soft wool and cotton blend. Each blanket features Hudson’s abstract forms on both sides. This weekend, Norden will also debut a capsule collection with Hudson at SWISH Projects in San Diego. The unique gallery space, which provides a platform for emerging artists and seeks to make art accessible to the local community, will showcase the artist’s blankets, along with tote bags, candles and custom ceramics.

Both colorways of the ‘Enlightenment’ blanket are available now on Norden’s website for $180 USD each. The rest of the capsule collection will launch February 15 online and at SWISH Projects.
