Artist Jon Burgerman Opens Massive “Fun Factory” Exhibition in South Korea

Wall murals, digital projections, and more.

NYC-based artist Jon Burgerman is widely-recognized for his whimsical street art doodles and illustrations. Burgerman recently opened up a huge solo exhibition at Seoul’s M Contemporary institute. Entitled “Fun Factory: Superstar Jon Burgerman,” the sprawling showcase features over 230 artworks spanning paintings, sculptures, digital art projections, and wall murals.

The compositions of the pieces range from minimalist depictions to fully-packed portrayals of the artist’s signature, otherworldly creatures. Accompanying the diverse works are sections reserved for photography, workshops, and educational programs.

The exhibition is on view until September 29. Head to the M Contemporary’s website for further details and tour the exhibition above.

In other dynamic presentations, interdisciplinary artist Olafur Eliasson will soon launch his “In Real Life” exhibition at London’s Tate Modern.
