Medicom & Gasius Reveal Collaborative "Crying Dog" Sculpture

Limited to just 10 editions.

Medicom has unveiled an upcoming collaboration with artist and designer Russell Maurice, best known as the founder of London-based label Gasius. The collaborative ceramic sculpture — titled “Crying Dog” — measures approximately 120mm in height, and was produced in Japan.

As well as its “Crying Dog” design, the sculpture also features a number of details hand-painted by Maurice, including his signature and a dog drawing on the underside of the ceramic statue. The statue is strictly limited to just 10 numbered editions, and will be available exclusively via Goodhood’s Launches platform. Each edition is priced at £149 GBP (approx. $185 USD).

In other art news, Takashi Murakami is releasing a unique signed tote bag.
