Daniel Arsham Announces Dior 'Future Relic' Collaboration

Take a closer look at the upcoming collectible.

Daniel Arsham has announced that he has worked with Dior on a Future Relic. The sculpture is actually a Dior-branded clock which looks as if it has been unearthed from an archeological site, complete with resin crystal shards and a crumbled, deconstructed appearance.

The Daniel Arsham x Daniel Arsham clock looks to be fully functional and is finished in the artist’s go-to concrete grey hue. A debossed “DIOR” logo sits inside the dial and hours are marked with small debossed indicators. Finally, the hands appear to be made from the same cast-resin material seen on Arsham’s CRYSTAL RELIC 001.

Arsham is the latest artist to collaborate with Dior since Kim Jones took over as Artistic Director. Other artists to release collections with the brand include KAWS (for Summer 2019) and Hajime Sorayama (Pre-Fall 2019).

Take a look at the Daniel Arsham x Dior Future Relic below and pick up your limited-edition artwork on June 21 at 6 PM CEST.
