George Morton-Clark Blends Abstract & Pop Art in Latest Paintings

For a Taipei exhibition called “Same Tomorrow As Yesterday.”

Taipei’s Gin Huang Gallery will soon launch a solo exhibition that will spotlight new artworks by British artist, George Morton-Clark. Entitled “Same Tomorrow As Yesterday,” the forthcoming presentation will display a total of 24 paintings (oil and acrylic) that feature Morton-Clark’s abstract and figurative motifs inspired by his favorite films, music, travels, and pop imagery. The prolific creative has exhibited alongside Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring, Takashi Murakami, George Condo, among other legendary artists.

In other standout presentations, Compound Gallery in NYC will showcase new pieces by Japanese artist Dragon76 as part of a solo exhibition entitled “COEXIST.”
