Just hours ago, KAWS announced the official release date for his anticipated ALONG THE WAY vinyl figures. Inspired by a large-scale sculpture of the same name, the edition features three color options: grey, brown, and black. The motif sees two Companion characters consoling each other. The figures will release today at noon EST on KAWSONE.com. Pricing and sizing details have yet to be announced.

Renowned British artist James Jarvis has teamed up with leading art platform Case Studyo on a limited edition TEAPOT sculpture. Taking on the likeness of Jarvis’ signature character, the ceramic sculpture features a predominantly off-white colorway with black detailing for the subject’s eyes.

Hashimoto Contemporary

San Francisco-based artist Jeffrey Cheung recently released a limited edition skate deck set on Hashimoto Contemporary’s website. Entitled Pancake, the special edition features three unique artworks on glossy white skate decks. Cheung’s scratchy, minimalist illustrations that touch upon socio-political issues are observed on all pieces. Each set of decks is signed and numbered by the artist, released in an edition of 70 copies only.

South Korean illustrator David Park is renowned for his pop culture illustrations. The NYC-based visual artist has garnered a popular social media following for sketching timely artworks of diverse subjects in his signature cartoon aesthetic. Recently, Park released a children’s book entitled ABC’s for the little g’s that sees the sneaker culture infused with the English alphabet.

Chinese ceramics expert Kin Objects recently released a new sculptural incense holder entitled Valley of Fog. The concrete holders were made using concrete and gold tint stainless steel materials that result in a sleek, slate grey finish. “Mountains hold a special place in Chinese history, and for thousands of years people have made pilgrimages there to seek fortune, inspiration, and wisdom,” said the collective.
