Art Basel Hong Kong continues to prove itself as a breeding ground for art enthusiasts and collectors from all over Asia as it enters its seventh year. Curated by some of the world’s leading art galleries, a variety of works ranging from paintings to photographs, sculptures, installations, and films were spread across two floors of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Catering to consumers of classical and contemporary art, this year’s highlights were multidimensional pieces by the most prolific artists of the last century. Notable works include Egon Schiele’s Portrait of Carl Reininghaus, KAWS’ TO BE TITLED, Pablo Picasso’s Femme Assise Dans Un Fauteuil, Heji Shin’s KW9, Andy Warhol’s Dollar Sign, Jeff Koons’ Gazing Ball (Klimt Kiss), Keith Haring’s Untitled, Hajime Sorayama‘s Sexy Robot_Walking_Bronze sculpture, Jean Michel-Basquiat’s Ape, Takashi Murakami and Virgil Abloh’s Golden Arrows Flower wall installation as well as select photographs by Wolfgang Tillmans.
